How to use what's on your protocol
If an oil is on your protocol, the how and where is written there — including whether to apply it topically and where. When in doubt, apply to the bottom of the feet. Read the label for safety instructions, and don't use essential oils in plastic water bottles.
If you're not sure whether an oil is right for you, write it down and we'll test it at your next appointment.
