Shipping policy
Order Processing: Orders may take up to 5 business days to process. Orders placed when the office is closed or during holidays will ship on the next available business day. We mainly ship via UPS and USPS, and sometimes via FedEx.
Holiday Shipping: Expect delays during the holiday season (Thanksgiving to New Year) due to slower shipping times.
Package Security: If you live in an area with frequent package theft or damage, we recommend having your order shipped to a secure location, like your office or a family member's house. Thrive With Wellness is not responsible for stolen or damaged packages.
Tracking & Damages: You will receive tracking info via email. If your package is damaged or missing, contact us within 3 days of receipt. PLEASE TAKE PHOTOS AND SAVE DAMAGED BOX AND PRODUCTS.
Address Accuracy: By purchasing, you confirm your mailing address is correct. We will not send replacements for incorrect orders (wrong product, quantity, or address).
Customs and Import Taxes: It is the responsibility of the customer to pay any import taxes and fees. If these are not paid the package maybe considered abandoned and the order will not be refunded. We do not provide estimates of these fees.
