Time for a follow-up? You can do the whole thing from home. Remote and in-person are both available, but most follow-ups don't need a trip to the office anymore. You collect a small saliva sample at home, mail it in, and we meet over Zoom. Same testing, same results, from wherever you are.
Three reasons most clients now choose remote:
- No drive and no waiting room. You do it from home, on your schedule.
- It often books sooner, because there's no in-office slot to wait for.
- You collect your sample at home, which can give an even clearer read than walking into the office stressed, rushed or dehydrated.

Been a while? Remote is the easy way back in. No trip to schedule, just a sample and a Zoom, and we'll see where your body is now.
Choosing your session
Every follow-up includes your full biofeedback analysis and your updated protocol. What changes between them is how much time we have for the emotional and subconscious side.
- Biofeedback EDS Saliva Analysis (30 minutes). Your complete results and your updated plan. This is the right fit for most follow-ups.
- Biofeedback plus PSYCH-K (60 minutes, or 90 for a deeper release). Everything above, with unhurried time for the emotional work instead of fitting it around your results. Choose this if you already know the emotional side is something you want to give attention to.
- Emotions focused. PSYCH-K on its own, for the beliefs, mindset, and stress that affect how you feel.
Those times are the length of our Zoom visit together, not the analysis itself. I run your analysis from your sample before we meet, so our whole session is spent going through your results and building your plan.
If you're coming for the emotions focused work, I'd especially point you to Zoom. PSYCH-K works just as well remotely, distance is standard practice among facilitators worldwide, and it's how I've done my own sessions for years. There's no advantage to being in the room for it.
Coming back after two years or more? Book the 60 minute remote session. A lot changes in two years, and remote means your analysis is already done when we meet, so we can spend the whole appointment on where your body is now and what to do next.
If you have a new or recent cancer diagnosis, book the 90 minute remote session. Your analysis is done ahead of time, which gives us the full appointment to go through it carefully and take the time this deserves.
How remote works
- Book your remote session with the green button above.
- Collect your saliva sample at home. Here's how. No kit is mailed to you; you'll use cotton swabs you already have.
- Once your sample reaches the office, we'll schedule your Zoom.
- I run your full analysis before we meet, so our whole Zoom is spent on your results and your plan, not on watching me work.
Testing for more than one person? Each person needs their own session and their own sample, so book separately for each.
Prefer to come in?
You're always welcome in the office. In-person follow-ups are the same session, done live during your visit, with no saliva sample needed. Use the in-person button above to book.
Good to know
- Payments are non-refundable and non-transferable.
- Supplements are a separate cost.
- Rescheduling needs 48 hours' notice. Same-day cancellations and no-shows are charged the full cost of the appointment.
- Intake forms and waivers must be completed before your appointment.
- To reschedule or cancel, log in to your client portal or call. Rescheduling and cancellations are not accepted by text or email.
