New Clients can choose between in person or remote (via zoom) appointments.
Packages include:
- Initial session
- The "Getting Started Education Program" in the client portal
- Access to the client portal
- Access to the online store and professional grade supplements
Terms and Conditions
- Appointments must be completed within 3 months of purchasing
- Payments are non refundable/non-transferable
- Supplements are a separte cost
- 48 hours notice required to reschedule appointment
- Includes one time $10 PMA (private membership association fee)
- Intake forms and waivers must be completed prior to appointment.
Zoom Appointments:
- We will schedule your appointment AFTER the office receives your saliva sample.
- Instructions on how to send your saliva sample are in your confirmation email. There is no kit being mailed to you.
