What is included in the new client appointment?

New Clients can choose between in person or remote (via zoom) appointments.

 Packages include:

  1. Initial session
  2. The "Getting Started Education Program" in the client portal
  3. Access to the client portal
  4. Access to the online store and professional grade supplements

Terms and Conditions

  • Appointments must be completed within 3 months of purchasing
  • Payments are non refundable/non-transferable
  • Supplements are a separte cost
  • 48 hours notice required to reschedule appointment
  • Includes one time $10 PMA (private membership association fee)
  • Intake forms and waivers must be completed prior to appointment.

Zoom Appointments: 

  • We will schedule your appointment AFTER the office receives your saliva sample.
  • Instructions on how to send your saliva sample are in your confirmation email. There is no kit being mailed to you.
