Scheduling & Payment
- Payments are non-refundable and non-transferable. This applies to all appointments, new client and follow-up.
- Supplements are a separate cost.
- Rescheduling or cancelling requires 48 hours' notice. Inside 48 hours, a 50% appointment fee applies.
- Same-day cancellations and no-shows are charged the full cost of the appointment.
- 90-minute in-person appointments are booked with a 50% deposit at scheduling, with the balance due at your appointment. Deposits are non-refundable.
- Intake forms and waivers must be completed before your appointment.
- Late arrivals may have a shortened appointment. More than 20 minutes late, the appointment may be declined.
- Repeated no-shows or late arrivals may result in appointments no longer being offered.
- You are responsible for keeping track of your appointment time. Reminders are sent as a courtesy.
How to reschedule or cancel
The fastest way is through the client portal — it shows you everything that's open, so you can move yourself to a time that works. You are also welcome to call the office at 781-682-2090. Amber checks messages at the beginning and end of each business day, so it may take up to two business days to hear back.
Rescheduling and cancellations aren't accepted by text or email.
Orders & Shipping
- Orders may take up to 5 business days to process.
- Orders ship via UPS and USPS, occasionally FedEx.
- Please allow extra time during holidays.
- Tracking information is sent by email.
- Report damaged or missing packages within 3 days of receipt.
- Your mailing address must be correct. Orders shipped to an incorrect address can't be replaced.
- Thrive With Wellness isn't responsible for stolen packages. If you're in an area prone to package theft or damage, consider picking up your order or shipping to a secure location.
- Certain Apex Energetics and DesBio products require testing before they can be ordered.
- Purchases are final sale.
- Supplements and products are used at your own risk.
- The online store is for current and past clients of Thrive With Wellness and their friends and family.
- Products are for personal use only. Resale isn't permitted, and bulk orders placed for resale will be cancelled per supplier policy.
