Refund policy

Final Sale Policy: All purchases are final. No refunds will be issued unless an order is canceled before it is shipped. If you change your mind and request a cancellation before shipment, a refund will be issued minus a 5% processing fee, as we incur credit card charges for transactions.

Cancellation Requests: To cancel an order, please call or text the office. We do not check emails frequently, so contacting us via phone or text is the fastest way to ensure your cancellation is processed before shipment. We can only honor cancellation requests if a staff member sees the message before the order is shipped.
