Terms of Service
By purchasing from Thrive With Wellness, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

You must be a current or past client of Thrive With Wellness, or a friend/family member of a client, to make a purchase.

All orders are for personal use only; resale of products is prohibited. Bulk orders for resale will be canceled according to our supplier's policies.

Any changes to your order, including incorrect product name, quantity, or mailing address, are your responsibility. Thrive With Wellness is not liable for mistakes made during the ordering process.
Thrive With Wellness PMA and it's services are not a substitute for medical advice. We do not provide emergency medical care or replace your primary care doctor.
Scheduling:
If you need to change your appointment time, please let us know at least 48 hours before. You can reschedule in the client portal or by calling us. We don't accept changes by email or text.
Appointments with Kyla:
If you reschedule or cancel less than 48 hours before, it's a 50% fee.
For cancelling on the same day or not showing up, you'll be charged the full cost of the appointment. If you are more than 20 minutes late and have not called this will be considered a no-show.
Deposits can't be refunded or transferred to another person.
PEMF/RIFE/Headset/Footbath Appointments:
If you reschedule or cancel less than 48 hours before, there's a $30 fee.
