Hydrochloric acid is produced by the stomach to create an environment conducive to optimal digestion. As part of the normal aging process, the production of HCI declines, impacting protein degradation. Betaine HCI provides a combination of HCI and vegan pepsin (Acid Stable Protease) to optimize stomach conditions and maximize digestion in those with lower levels of stomach acid.

Suggested Use:
Take 1-2 capsules three times daily with meals, or as directed by your healthcare professional.
